Junco in the Basil

Ya, Darky came right to my door yesterday
in the flower box which contains herbs.
A Lavender and 2 Basil plants.

I had previously dumped some small seeds
in there to attract small birds.

Sparrows, I have tons of them, Chickadee,
Brown-headed Cowbird goes in there too,
If I can just get rid of the Grackles...

BTW I usually leave the flower boxes in
the winter, plant dry up and and birds
hang on them. Can get some cool shots
in the Winter when they're covered by
snow
